Our value system is inherited from our ancestors where product authenticity and customer centric service has been the key focus from the day one. We believe in building customer loyalty through our dedicated services and building a bond as one family. Our home delivery system was an age old service; the first delivery we made was on hand kart locally we called it “Thella”.

Our inherited value system has always given an edge in serving our customer locally and with full dedication and loyalty resulting in repeat customers day after day, month after month & for years on end.

We have created excellent relationship with our vendors and our loyalty to them has helped us gaining their trust and procurement of product which is best in quality and price. So over the years we were able to create a cycle of loyal and trusted customers and Vendors.

Our is establishment has been around for 5 decades having started way back in 1976 by my father Late Shri S. P. Nandi and Late Grandfather Shri. Jogesh Chandra Nandi. With their hard work and dedication over the years gone by, we have been able to create huge respect, goodwill and brand value in the market.

We started with Grocery store keeping wide range of products and serviced them with home delivery which helped us capturing a substantial percentage of market share in that era. Over the years, with customer request and demand, we started another product line i.e. of ”Puja Samagiri”, so that they do not have to travel to distant places to procure them. Now we have wide range of Puja and handicrafts products which is widely procured from manufactures from various states around India and cater to the local market.
